After a long struggle of making a name for itself in the e-sports scene, Heroes of Newerth (HoN) has come a long way, leading up to the first ever international HoN tournament, part of the most awaited World Cyber Games 2011 which will be held in Singapore this coming 9th to the 11th of September.
In light of this event, an online qualifiers tournament was held to determine the team who will be given the honor to represent the Philippines in WCG, one of the grandest and most prestigious e-gaming event in world.
Out of the 5 brave teams to heed the call of the community, Team DuskBin Esports (DskB), also winner of last year's Garena HoN Offline Tournament, has taken a decisive landslide victory over the competing teams: Wuki Talkie.HON (wuki), Roam and Kill (RAK), Core and Duty (CoD), and Clan Poutana (POTA) with a 4-0 unopposed streak, making them the unanimous pick to rep for the RP this coming WCG HoN Games.
