[DotA] Boyztrek I-Cafe DotA Tournament

Recently Boyztrek I-Cafe hosted a tournament which is HoN Tournament. It was a 2days event though that there were only few HoN Group/Team in Davao Region. It should be 16 slot only but were surprise of the number of registrant during the last week of the registration, The number of registrant Exceed to what we expected resulting to expand the tournament slot.

Were hoping to experience again the unexpected number of registrant of HoN Tournament to happen in DotA Tournament since the majority of gamer here in Davao Region plays Defense of the Ancients and we also invite team nearby to join and be part of this event.

Once again 15 thousand pesos at stake, this event will be held at Boyztrek Jacinto Branch this coming October 15.

Registration fee: 500 PHP per team
Registration Deadline: October 12

[HoN] World Cyber Games Singapore 2011 Philippine Qualifiers Online Tournament Update

After a long struggle of making a name for itself in the e-sports scene, Heroes of Newerth (HoN) has come a long way, leading up to the first ever international HoN tournament, part of the most awaited World Cyber Games 2011 which will be held in Singapore this coming 9^th to the 11^th of September.

In light of this event, an online qualifiers tournament was held to determine the team who will be given the honor to represent the Philippines in WCG, one of the grandest and most prestigious e-gaming event in world.

Out of the 5 brave teams to heed the call of the community, Team DuskBin Esports (DskB), also winner of last year's Garena HoN Offline Tournament, has taken a decisive landslide victory over the competing teams: Wuki Talkie.HON (wuki), Roam and Kill (RAK), Core and Duty (CoD), and Clan Poutana (POTA) with a 4-0 unopposed streak, making them the unanimous pick to rep for the RP this coming WCG HoN Games.
